Police Crash on Steering Wheel Above the Limited Speed in Phnom Penh

A police officer was riding too fast, the thing can not be control and then his steering wheel, crashing into the side of the road, seriously injured at 1:40 pm, on September 7, 2019, at the Independence Monument at Preah Monivong Blvd. Sihanouk Road, Norodom Blvd, in Boeng Keng Kang I Commune, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.

According to the scene, a police officer was riding a motorbike on a 2018 Honda Dream at the night time which plague ID : Phnom Penh 1GV-8528 with above speed limit, heading east from the west.

With the above incident, he steering himself to the ground and injured, scratch his face and the right side of his eye, heavy bleeding, suffered but rescue by two kindness foreigners there with fundamental rescue. They were calling Hong Hak hospital with ambulance to recover that police quickly after that.

After the incident, local police arrived and took the victim’s motorcycle to a temporary keeping at the Boeng Keng Kang 1 police station and await the return of the rightful owner.
